Important Terms & Conditions
By purchasing any of our content packages, you agree to the following terms. We encourage you to read them carefully.

Payment: Monthly packages are processed via direct debit on a recurring basis ($100 / $200 / $400, depending on your chosen package).

Content Usage:

Content is for the exclusive use of the purchasing business.

Sharing or distributing content to third parties is a breach of intellectual property.

Packages are for use with one individual business location/platform only.

For multiple business locations or franchises, an additional fee of $10 per week, per location/platform, applies.

Commitment & Cancellation:

A minimum commitment of three months applies to all packages.

After the initial three months, your service moves to a month-to-month basis, and you are off contract.

For customised ($100/week) packages, one week's notice is required prior to the next scheduled delivery if you wish to discontinue service.

Service Exclusivity: This service offering is not exclusive. However, the Customised Content for Your Brand is only available with the $100 per week package.

Client Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your social media page management, answering customer queries, and engaging with your online audience.

Onboarding: To begin service, we require you to provide us with access to your social media accounts. This may necessitate upgrading your account security settings during the onboarding process.
